Booking and cancellation
Advance booking is necessary for all seminars and conferences in ZEGG. You can book by e-mail, phone or letter. Should you cancel your booking less than a fortnight before the course begins, you will incur an administration charge of 25% of the course fee.
For all big events: We have introduced a graduated price with a reduction for early booking. The early booking price is only valid if your payment has arrived on our bank account on the deadline mentioned in the program. When arriving later we charge the normal price. In the case of cancellation we keep an administration charge of € 30,-.
Prices
The conferences and seminars finance a significant part of the costs of our large site. Above all, we use the income from the larger conferences for maintenance and running costs: most of the speakers, group leaders and other ZEGG members work voluntarily. Since Belzig is designated as a spa town, ZEGG is obliged to collect a € 1,50 /night health resort tax (€ 0,75 for children) from every person whose stay in ZEGG is not job-related.
Payment
For all events, payment is due on arrival, in cash (EURO) or in advance by bank transfer to: ZEGG GmbH, Berliner Volksbank, Bank Code (BLZ) 100 900 00, Acc.No. 820 101 3004.

Please bring a copy of your transfer confirmation!
We don’t accept credit cards!
Please state the name of the workshop/event and participant on the bank transfer and ensure that all transfer fees are covered, so that we receive the full course fee.
Discounts
The price for events and seminars is determined by the necessity to maintain our centre and the quality of our programs. This is why the discount we can give is limited. If you have in mind to ask for a discount, be sure to do this by the time of your application.
Accommodation
Guests in ZEGG stay in dormitories, or in large tents in the summer. Single and double rooms are available upon payment of a supplement. Please book early and note that room reservations can only be confirmed when at least 50% of the total price is paid in advance. Cancellations up to 2 weeks before the course date incur an administration charge, after this date the supplement is forfeited. Please bring the bank transfer confirmation with you!
When staying in the dormitories or tents, please bring a sleeping bag or blankets with you, as well as a towel - an extra towel for the sauna is also recommended. (Bed linen is provided in the single and double rooms).
Children and Youth
Children are especially welcome during the Whitsun Festival and the Summer Camp. At other times we are unable to offer childcare. Generally we advise guests to come without their children for the first visit to ZEGG. Course participants under the age of 18 need written permission from their parents or guardians.
Arrival
Unless otherwise stated in the program, all events begin at 6.30 pm with an evening meal and they generally end at 3 pm.
