PerformanceDo you want to see whether you can look at your life in a more unprejudiced way and tackle some challenges with more ease?

Situations can be reinterpreted, permitting a different viewing angle and allowing us to deal with them differently. The world can then become our personal "game”, where we move from level to level. We want to celebrate our successes and understand our failures as practicing. So we can outgrow ourselves with a knowing wink.

With great curiosity, playfulness and a grain of craziness, we will try out tools and methods from the fields of art, communication and spirituality. We will research in the artistic realm of experiences, nourish ourselves with questions of performance art, and reflect using different forms of communication and formats of exchange. Finally, we want to transfer our insights into our everyday lives and weave new premises that we can apply at home in self-experimentation.

Sharing and exchange within the group helps us to discover surprising visions. Playfully discovered alternatives offer us new opportunities for our everyday life to see, act, react or interpret.

The seminar combines elements from dance and theatre improvisation, relaxation and bodywork, as well as exercises from Possibility Management.

Dorothea Eitel

is a daring, choreographing and performing life artist, a singing and writing maverick and a visionary, as well as a sister, daughter, aunt, lover and other wonderful things. She creates chocolates and cakes, offers catering services, and celebrates cocoa rituals. In workshops and seminars, she opens up realms of experience for art, context and communication. Her "everything is possible" mentality, drawn from her positive force of anger, and her critical mind have already combined to produce exceptional, thought-provoking projects.
