Registration & Cancellation

Prior registration is required for all festivals, camps, courses and visits at ZEGG.

If you cancel, we charge

• 40 € flat rate up to 8 weeks before the start (This also applies to free offers, such as the spring promotion)
• 20% from 4 weeks before the start date
• 50% within 10 days before the start date
• 90% from four days before the start date of the event
• 100% in case of non-utilization of the service or in case of shortened participation
