For all festivals, camps, courses and visits at ZEGG, prior registration is required. Please follow the orange registration button of the respective event.
Registration for seminars organised by external organisers is done directly through the providers. To book accommodation and meals, please follow the orange registration link at the bottom of the page of the respective event.
Prices
Prices for festivals and seminars are determined by the need to maintain our space and the quality of what we offer. We are therefore only able to give discounts to a limited extent.
The prices consist of the course fee (KG) and the costs for accommodation and meals (U&V). For overnight stays outside the ZEGG we charge a so-called site usage fee of 7,- € per day for the general use of the site. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Bad Belzig is a thermal saline spa town. Therefore, for most events (except for special further education events) € 1.50 health resort tax per night is payable (children: € 0.75).
Payments
The course fees must be received in our account at least 7 days before the start of the event, quoting the invoice number. Payment by EC card is only possible at short notice when checking in on the day of arrival.

Cancellation conditions
We strongly recommend that you take out seminar cancellation insurance!
If a registration or room reservation is cancelled by the guest, we charge a pro-rata fee of the total booked services, but at least € 40 (this also applies to free offers, such as the spring promotion):
- 40 € flat rate up to 8 weeks before the start (This also applies to free offers, such as the spring promotion)
- 20% from 8 weeks
- 60% within the last two weeks before the start date
- 80% from seven days before the start date of the event
- 100% in case of non-utilization of the service or in case of shortened participation
Mutual agreement
If the seminar/accommodation booking is made within 14 days prior to the start of the seminar, it is deemed to be mutually agreed to commence with the service on the specified seminar date even before the expiry of the objection period.
We generally recommend taking out seminar cancellation insurance.
Children and young people
Children and young people are welcome at the Whitsun Festival, the Come Together Song Festival, the Summer Camp and the Life-Dying Celebration Conference. At other times we do not offer childcare or youth groups. In general, we recommend coming without children on your first visit to ZEGG.
Minors under the age of 18 need the written consent of a parent or guardian to attend.
Emergency contact
We ask our guests to indicate an emergency contact person (serious illness, accident, medical or psychiatric emergency) at the festivals. This person will be contacted by us if our guest is no longer able to do so themselves. The data of the emergency contact will be collected exclusively for the stated purpose and used in case of emergency and will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties.

Right of revocation and reasons for exclusion of revocation according to §312g BGB
Cancellation policy
If you are a consumer, you have a limited statutory right of revocation with regard to your contractual declaration. (A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed).
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ZEGG Bildungszentrum gGmbH) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.
Reasons for exclusion or expiry
We expressly point out that there is no right of cancellation for seminars, accommodation, catering and associated ancillary services if they take place on a fixed date.
Reasons for exclusion according to § 312g BGB
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in the areas of accommodation, transport, the supply of food and drink and the provision of other services in connection with leisure activities if the entrepreneur undertakes at the time of conclusion of the contract to provide the services at a specific time or within a precisely specified full stop.
Expiry reasons
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services when the trader has fully provided the service or the trader begins to provide the service by mutual agreement.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.
If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
