We get a lot of mails and we try very hard to answer promptly. Sometimes they are good wishes, questions, notifications and also cancellations and especially registrations 😉. Unfortunately this can lead to longer waiting times for response which we regret very much. Thank you very much for your patience.
Due to the financial situation during the pandemic most of the employees are working short time and try to answer all inquiries, registrations and cancellations in a timely manner.



We are most occupied with questions regarding the cancellation of our seminars. The questions are e.g. questions about mandatory mask-wearing and the cancellation possibilities or conditions. We would like to inform you here about our orientation and attitude towards this:

We have found that we are not responsible for all contingencies regarding registrations and cancellations and are considering how to inform you in a way that gives you guidance on registration and how to handle cancellations. To what extent are we accommodating and where do we need to insist on a processing fee? We have been deliberating on this and keep renewing.

Basically we assume that by now everyone knows that there may be changes in conditions during the pandemic, that it may be that a person has to wear a mask and keep distance, and he/she may get sick. Likewise, it is possible that we may have to cancel the seminar at short notice.

For cancellations, if the seminar is not canceled, we leave the responsibility with the guests. That means: If it is clear that you will not wear a mask under any circumstances, even if the conditions still specify this, then please do not register, because in that case our cancellation conditions would still apply.

If you are sick with Covid-19 yourself or have symptoms in that direction, please stay at home and contact us by mail.

In summary the following cancellation policy applies:

Due to the pandemic, it is not foreseeable for us when events can take place again, in which form and with what kind of restrictions. For the time being no events will take place until March 7, 2021. You can register for all seminars listed on the event page as we hope and are preparing for them. However, there may be cancellations at short notice, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible. Up-to-date information can be found on the home page under ZEGG News.

Since there are many inquiries about our handling of cancellations during the pandemic:

Our cancellation policy remains valid. We do not charge cancellation fees

  • if you suffer from Covid or had direct contact with someone affected with Covid,
  • travel is not allowed in your county,
  • or we cancel your booked seminar.

In these cases we will refund the amount paid or you will not have to pay any cancellation fees. If you are unable to attend for any other reason our cancellation policy will apply. Please also use the possibility of a seminar cancellation insurance. For cancellations please contact us at (see Cancellation Policy).

We are very sorry that so many seminars have to be canceled. We look forward to the times when we attending seminars is possible again. We hope you are well and as calm as possible during these special times. Take care and see you soon!
