Start & End

Your seminar will usually start with a check-in between 5:00 pm and 6:30 pm and will end the following Sunday with a communal lunch at 1 pm. Times that differ from these will be found in your registration confirmation.

Accommodation & Meals

You are usually accommodated in group dormitories. You can also bring your tent or sleep in the group tent.
Please inform us in advance of any special dietary requirements.

Registration & Cancellation

Prior registration is required for all festivals, camps, courses and visits at ZEGG.

If you cancel, we charge
- 20% from the date of sending the
registration confirmation
- 60% from 14 days before start
- 80% from 7 days before start
- 100% from the start and in case of shorter stay
but in any case 40 Euro.

Seminars of External Organisers

Registration for seminars of external organisers is done directly with the external provider. See the link on the seminar page.

Accommodation and meals are booked through ZEGG after confirmation of your registration by the organiser. Please use the registration link of the respective seminar.
