Young people from different countries of Europe met again for 10 days at ZEGG. „Youth in change“ is an exchange for young people who want to become agents for a positive change in the world. They meet at ZEGG to get to know a wide range of powerful tools that support them finding their way through life. They are guided by an international team und build a small community during their time at ZEGG.

Ina Froitzheim talked to Blanca from Spain and Peter from the Netherlands about their journey. They share how they navigated their own personal growth, working through boundaries, challenges, and a deepening sense of connection with others. They talk about vulnerability, transparency, love and answered the following questions:

  • What did you find out during the Forum?
  • What do you think about living in communities?
  • How does a day at the Youth Exchange looks like?
  • What are you taking home?

What stood out to us:

  • Vulnerability & Transparency: Both Blanca and Peter mention the challenge of being vulnerable and open, but also the rewarding aspect of being able to share things they might have otherwise kept to themselves.
